Solar system
We produce our own electricity using a small photovoltaic system on the pastures above the property. Of course, there is also an external power supply with a green electricity contract in case our own production is insufficient.
Heat pump
Heating and hot water are supplied by a heat pump. In combination with the solar system, we can save a lot of CO2.
Sustainable Renovation
Thanks to the visually unobtrusive yet technically advanced insulation and new, original-style windows, we were able to upgrade this old gem to the highest energy efficiency class, A1.
Electric mobility
A Type 2 wall box (including cable) is available on request.
Water supply
We obtain our water from our own well. We have the water quality tested once a year by a certified institute. So far, all values have always been impeccable. The water quality is better than that of the municipal tap water. The kitchen is also equipped with a water filter jug.
